I am learning about braid this week. I never knew that the 5 color PE 100% dyneema comes in 4 strand and 8 strand.

I would assume the 8 strand is better. I am told its rounder, smoother, etc. etc.

I just wonder if there is any advantage to 4 strand, and if there isn't why are they still making it, other than cost maybe?
