Both are great boats, however, I am a dealer for both brands.. having said that, both boats are now offered with 350's as power, so I assume you are looking at pre-owned or leftovers? You'll see more speed on the 34 with 250's than you will on the Reg. I think they both have something to offer, the 32 has a larger beam, and the console entrance is on the side, pursuit's in in the front which to be honest, i'm not really a fan of. The plus to the front entrance, is you get a wider console. The seats on the 34 are sweet, vs the leaning post/tackle center on the 32 (again, assuming you are looking at pre-2008 models..) I think you'd be happy either way...

Either way your looking at great boats. Demo both in similar conditions for a good comparison. My choice was easy to make
due to great service provided by the dealership and factory.

I always thought Pursuit built a nice boat but looking at them recently at the Houston show I was shocked to see some very poor workmanship. The hard top is just a shell rather than a cored and bagged hard top which most mid tier boats use. The 5200 used on the deck looked like it was smeared on by an 8 year old. Not just not good, it was bad. I do work for Sea Vee but we certainly don't make the only nice boat in the country. In fact, I was impressed with Tritons qaulity for a production boat. Pursuit has a good reputation but anyone would have noticed the things I saw, not just someone in the industry. Sea Hunt also had some nice features for the money as well. Again, not telling anyone what to buy, I have always thought Pursuits had really nice lines but never climbed in one and looked around. Perhaps this boat wasn't typical of their workmanship. The 5200 didn't match the deck color at all, I have to wonder if this was a slightly used boat on display. Rather than you guys bash me I will try to get some pics later this week. Just because I work for a boat company, doesn't mean I think only one brand of boat is worth owning. In fact, I appreciate quality materials and workmanship more than most. Good is good, regardless of whose name is on the side of the boat. There weren't any Regulators to look at in Houston.

For the money, neither....both are overpriced for what you get...look into some of the other compaines out there in that range....Much more cost efficient.
Just my opinion...but when I see a 34' walkaround w outboards going for more than my 38' (used) battlewagon, I have to wonder......
