Hi there,
Hope you can offer some help. Just bought a used 19' bowrider. It has new motor 4.3 merc alpha 1. I noticed oil leaking out of the plug in the ski locker between the two front seats when I parked the boat in my drive way. The driveway is sloaped so the hull is below the stern when parked on the trailer. Thinking there is oil in my hull that needs to be drained and because of my sloped driveway some oil from the stern was leaking towards the bow and came out through the open plug in my ski locker?
Any advice on why the oil would be there? Or how I can drain any residual oil out of my hull?
Thanks,
